Every academy in your network. One pathway for every player.
Cresca runs the day-to-day of youth football academies, from a single club site to hundreds of partner academies on every continent. Coaches plan, register, rate and film at the pitch. Your technical director sees the whole network, in their own language, with every figure traceable to the records behind it.
Good morning, Amara
Tuesday 13 October
Run three academies or three hundred from the same screen.
Each academy works in its own language and its own hours. Head office sees one consistent picture: who is registered, who is training, which plans are published and what is waiting to sync. Select an academy on the map.
Example network · 20 academies
Built for a coach with ten minutes before the session starts.
Plain screens, sensible defaults and nothing to configure before the first session. Everything a coach records feeds the plans, the reports and the network figures without anyone retyping it.
A development plan every player can read.
Coaches assess all six areas each review period and choose the focus areas. The player sees their own plan in their own language, with the clips their coach sent to it.
- Technique, tactical, physical, mental health and wellbeing, communication and leadership, ownership and growth mindset
- Drafts save as you type and stay private until the coach publishes
- Clips from the video library attach straight to the plan

One calendar, already in Teams.
Sessions, fixtures, plan reviews and scouting visits share one calendar. Every change reaches the coach's Microsoft Teams calendar within a minute, and notes written in one language read in another.
- Training themes, fixtures and IDP reviews colour-coded at a glance
- Notes translated for each reader, with the original one tap away
- Planned offline, synced when the coach is back in signal

Scouting that remembers to follow up.
Log a school trial or a tournament visit in under a minute. Every player seen goes into one database, moves through monitoring to trial, and comes back to the scout's home screen when a review is due.
- One Talent ID database across the whole network
- Follow-ups appear in the scout's own tasks when due
- From first sighting to first squad, with every step dated

Network figures you can check, line by line.
Head office compares academies on the same definitions. Every figure opens the records it was counted from, and any count small enough to identify a child is withheld.
- Counted, never ranked: academies see context, not league tables
- Totals from 1 to 4 are withheld beside an academy's own figures
- Opening a list of named children is written to that academy's access log

Every clip is a scene on a real pitch, in metres.
Coaches film on a phone, clip and tag at the touchline, and send the moment to a player's plan. Analysis Studio goes further: drawings attach to the players themselves, so a ring follows its player and a defensive line reports its gaps in metres. Try the tools on a simulated match.
Ring a player
Analysis StudioSelect any player. The ring sits on the grass under their feet and follows them until you stop it.
Playback director
A tactical freeze is a list of cues the player follows: pause, move, hold the note, resume.
- Record on a phone and upload in chunks, even on a weak connection
- Mark in and out, title and note a passage, send it to a session or a plan
- Pin clips to the device for offline review at the pitch
- Video consent checked before any child is tagged
- Import coded events from your analysis provider and line them up with the footage
- Clip types, tag groups and one-key code buttons, searchable across the library
- Rings, spotlights and linked lines that track players from computed positions
- Tactical freeze: move a player, leave a ghost, replay it with the note
- A 3D view of the same tracked scene with a free camera
- Coach mode for team meetings, and MP4 export with graphics
No signal at the pitch? Carry on.
Mobile coverage at training grounds is often poor. Cresca keeps the week's sessions, registers and pinned clips on the device and sends changes when signal returns. If somebody else changed the same thing first, nothing is lost: the coach decides which version stays.
Turn the signal off, then mark players present or absent on the phone.
Registers and match sheets offline
Marks and minutes are kept on the phone and reach the server in order, with the time they were taken.
Film it, upload it later
Record on the phone and upload in chunks that resume where they stopped. Pinned clips play with no connection.
Changes waiting, explained
A single screen lists what has not been sent yet, and why, so a coach is never left guessing.
Children's data, handled the way a club's lawyers would want.
Rules about consent, access and small numbers are built into the platform rather than left to a policy document. Nobody has to remember them for them to apply.
Consent travels with the clip
A child can only be tagged in video when their consent allows it. If consent is withdrawn, every clip they appear in is held for review.
Clips on hold after consent was withdrawn: 2
Every look is logged
Opening a child's record, or a list that names children, is written to that academy's access log under the viewer's name.

Small numbers stay hidden
Network totals withhold any count from 1 to 4 that could single out a child next to an academy's own figures.

Figures you can audit
Every key figure opens "How this figure was counted", listing the definition and the records behind it.

Roles that fit an academy
Coaches see their squads, academy staff see their academy, head office sees the network. Players and guardians see only what is shared with them.
Only clips sent to their own plan
Data stays in its region
Assistants and storage follow the academy's data region. Where a service is not provisioned, it stays switched off.

Your crest and colours on every screen, from day one.
Choose three colours and the platform generates the full palette, including charts, the top bar and the app icon. If a colour would make text unreadable, it is adjusted until it passes. Try your own club colours.
Start with the academy. Add what your network needs next.
Every module shares the same players, people, permissions and branding, so nothing is entered twice and every new module arrives already in your colours and languages.
Scouting activities, a network-wide player database and dated follow-ups from first sighting to first squad.
A squad video library recorded on phones, clips sent to plans and sessions, offline pinning and consent holds.
Injury records by body part and category, injury history per player, and injury reports across academies.
Programme overview, achievements and report schedules for head office, with suppression and access logging built in.
Analysis Studio for tagged clips, tracked graphics, tactical freeze and a 3D view, embedded in the platform or used on its own.
Say it after training. Publish it when you have checked it.
Coaches dictate a session write-up on the walk back to the car. The assistant turns it into a structured draft. Nothing is saved or shared until the coach reads it and confirms.
- Drafts are always marked as suggestions until a person accepts them
- Each academy can switch assistants off, and a monthly allowance keeps costs predictable
- Runs only where the academy's data region allows
"Good session, pressing triggers on the back pass worked from about twenty minutes in. Noah stepped in well from left back. Yusuf struggled with the recovery runs, follow up with him on Thursday. Two players missing, both ill."
